If you would like to place an order by fax or post, select the items you would like to buy and proceed to checkout. At the payment stage choose 'Postal Order Form'. The next page you will be able to print to fax or post with payment.

Returns and Exchanges:
We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from Mr McGregor's. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will refund or exchange your goods as long as both the packaging and goods remain intact and are returned in perfect condition within 14 working days. Please return the item in its original packaging. Please note the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us so please ask for proof of postage from your Post Office. We cannot refund items lost or broken in transit. Please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. If the return is the result of an error by Mr McGregor's, we will refund the delivery charge.
Every care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and specifications were correct at the time of writing. All dimensions are approximate and whilst we take every effort to re-produce colour accurately, there may be slight variations that occur during reproduction. Some of the products are natural and handmade, and may vary slightly from the picture.
All prices are valid from December 2006 until March 2007. We reserve the right to alter our prices should the VAT rate be changed. All prices are denominated in UK Pounds Sterling (£).
